By accessing or using RentDedo's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

RentDedo provides a comprehensive rental management platform that includes:

• Rent tracking and collection
• Tenant and property management
• Expense tracking and analytics
• Invoice generation and GST compliance
• Communication tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Document storage and management
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.

3.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Do not share login credentials
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• GST and applicable taxes are additional

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime
• 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Resell or redistribute our Services
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by RentDedo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the platform. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide the Services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service "As Is"

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

RentDedo does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

9.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, SMS providers). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentDedo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RentDedo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, you lose access to the Services and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
